What happens if someone steals my card or my details?
Bank professionals keep a close eye on all your transactions. So if they spot something unusual, they'll take measures right away. But please let them know as soon as you lose your card or are worried or suspicious.
 
What should I do if I lose my card or it's stolen or I suspect someone has used it fraudulently?
Phone the bank immediately. Phone numbers are indicated in your security instructions which you have received with card. If you lose these instructions, just use CashPrivacy Login and you will be provided with a copy.
